About Me
Self-acceptance may sound simple, but it can be one of the hardest things to achieve. With the messages we receive from family and society, our mental health often suffers. I’m passionate about helping clients heal the emotional wounds that hold them back from living as their authentic selves. These wounds can manifest as addiction, relationship challenges, or unhealthy thought patterns, but with the right support, they can be transformed into opportunities for growth and healing.
I hold a Master’s in Psycho-Spiritual Care from Emmanuel College at the University of Toronto and have extensive experience working with individuals facing addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, and family or intimate partner violence. My approach is trauma-informed and client-led, integrating therapeutic modalities such as Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Values-Based Integration Process. Together, we’ll work to uncover your inner strengths, heal emotional wounds, and help you thrive in all aspects of your life.
At WellSite’s clinic in Hamilton, ON, and online across Ontario, I work with clients seeking clarity, healing, and transformation. My goal is to support you in creating a fulfilling and meaningful life by guiding you toward greater self-awareness and emotional integration.
